NOTE: This line is for passengers stranded at the airport, or passengers travelling within 24 hours and you need to make a change to the booking, or urgent in-resort issues. We cannot assist with general enquiries or failed bookings.

This number is for emergencies only and not general support.

Emergencies include:

  • Passengers stuck at the airport
  • Passengers out in resort who need urgent assistance
  • An emergency with a customer who is travelling within the next 24 hours

​Emergencies do not include:

  • Amendments to bookings
  • Administration queries & reservation enquires
  • Make amendments, add transfers and request wheelchair assistance
  • Retrieve your invoices
  • Retrieve, book and resend a quote
  • Failed Booking queries 
     

 

Non-emergency calls will be charged £25.00.

Our normal hours of operation are 09:00 – 18:00 Monday – Friday, 09:00 – 17:00 Saturday, and closed on Sunday. Bank Holidays we are open 10:00 - 16:00.
